Creating an Account with StangWear.com

At checkout, you will be prompted to provide an email address and password. An account is required to place an order online. The password can be numbers or letters or a combination of both.

A StangWear.com account is created for your benefit so that you may track the progress of your order.

Shipping Policy (U.S. Shipments Only)

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  ALL orders are shipped via USPS  Priority Mail.  Arrives 2-3 Days!

We charge a flat rate of $6.50 for one item purchased. Additional shipping is added per item at $2-$3 per item depending on weight.

We also offer USPS, Express Mail.  Express Mail is guaranteed overnight to most locations, otherwise it is 2-day shipment.

We pride ourselves on quick delivery to the customer.  Your order should reach you within 7 business days.  Custom or special orders take longer.  You will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time.

Please provide a good delivery address.  The US Postal Service requires accurate addressing. Physical addresses cannot be used. Post Office Boxes are acceptable.

We ship to United States only. We cannot accept orders for Canada or any other International destination. Sorry, no APO/FPO addresses accepted.

Backorders:

If an item is not available for immediate shipment, it is noted on the item page.  Normally, we are able to provide you with an estimated in-stock date. You will be notified by email, if an item is not available to ship within 7 business days.

Order Tracking:

Orders you have placed (Reviewing an order, tracking a shipment) can be tracked by logging in to your account. An order will remain 'New' until it is prepared for shipment then it will move to 'Packed/Shipped'.

If only part of the order is shipped, the order is moved to Partial Shipment and you will be notified by email of the status of the remaining item(s).

If an order is marked 'Backorder', a shipment date will be noted.

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation from the USPS once an order leaves our facility.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for Alabama residents.

Pay by Mail:

Orders placed with our 'Pay by Mail' option will be processed once payment is received by mail. We accept cashiers' checks or money orders made payable to Drive9 Media. Please mail payments to:

Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed.

Packing Slips:

Only orders for over $100.00 will be shipped with a packing slip. All other orders will be summarized on the label of the package you receive. Your order number and a summary of items will be listed.

Gift and Gift Receipts:

StangWear.com is the ideal place to buy gifts for the Mustang Enthusiast. Unfortunately, our e-commerce system does not support gift options such as messages for the recipient or gift receipts. If you wish to place a gift order and would like for us to enclose a message or receipt we can do so manually. Simply fill out our Contact Us form after you have placed your order. Please include your order number and the message you would like to enclose in the gift package.

Sizing:

StangWear.com carries apparel from various manufacturers. If we believe an item runs larger or smaller than what is generally expected, then we will note it on the item page. Please use the following size chart as a guideline only. It is not specific to each shirt or jacket we carry.
